A Case of Giant Thymoma

Abstract
|
|
|
Thymoma, one of the most common neoplasms in the mediastinum, varies much in its size from patient to patient. The largest tumor reported in the previous references measured 34X 18 X 16cm and weighed 5,700gM.
The size of the present case measures 26 X 21 x 18cm and weighs 5, 7179m. To our knowledge this is the largest one among the reported cases in the world.
